The partnership is based on identification with the national park concept, environmental orientation, regionality, quality and service. The partner initiative is also based on the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030. The aim of the partner initiative is to bundle local sustainable services in order to tackle global challenges.

“This is the pinnacle”

If you want to survive high up in the mountains, you need clever strategies. The alpine chough, a typical inhabitant of the high mountains, guides visitors through the small interactive exhibition. In a humorous way, visitors learn how animals and plants manage to survive in the inhospitable conditions and that humans are only guests in this unique mountain landscape.

From now on you will find another exhibition room on the 1st floor of the Jennerbahn mountain station with interesting games and information about the Berchtesgaden National Park.
Further information about our national park can be found on the Haus der Berge website.

You are welcome to visit our Jenneralm mountain restaurant afterwards, before or during the tour and indulge in some culinary delights.
